  1. When you bought the 3 lbs. of ground beef @ Kroger, you could have bought 2 pounds more in a 5 lb. tube and gotten 4 tomatoes, 8 buns, a head of lettuce and a package of American cheese free with their crazy combo deal good through today.

  2. I know. I thought about the crazy deal this week, but it didn't seem worth it to me. Since it's just the 2 of us, we won't go through lettuce and tomatoes before they go bad, so it just wasn't worth it.
