Sorry I've been out of pocket and the posts have been put on hold. We've been out of town...camping!
Camping is a great alternative to an expensive vacation. My whole family went, and I was in charge of the food. So of course I watched the deals and used coupons. We were able to feed 8 people (5 were HUNGRY MEN!) for 4 days VERY inexpensively.
Anyways, just wanted to say I'M ALIVE and no worries. Posting will be back soon!!
