I thought I would share how my Pineapple Chicken turned out. The recipe was super easy and Brian loved it. (I'm getting good at this cooking thing!)
2-3 Frozen Chicken Breasts
2 slices of Pineapple
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt and Pepper
Little Soy Sauce
Place chicken on the bottom of crockpot. Add pineapple slices, cinnamon, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper and soy sauce, and a little water or pineapple juice on top. Set crockpot on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 2-4 hours. Serve over a bed of rice, side of vegetables, and/or bread rolls.
