Meal Planning - May 16-22, 2011

Back in February, I tried my hand at meal planning to help us eat at home more. Read up on our results each week:  WEEK 1, WEEK 2, WEEK 3, WEEK 4

With summer approaching, I want to get back in the swing of meal planning, so here is what I've come up with for this week:

Monday, May 16
Dinner – Chicken Salad with Toasted Bread (we needed something easy because we went to the Josh Groban concert this night!)

Tuesday, May 17
Dinner – Family Meal with Grandparents

Wednesday, May 18
Dinner – Potato Soup (Leftover Mashed Taters from Brian's Graduation Party), Side Salad

Thursday, May 19
Dinner – Ham and Ranch, Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas, Veggies

Friday, May 20

Saturday, May 21
Lunch – Chicken Sandwich, French Fries, Veggies (Homemade Chick-fil-A)
Dinner – Leftovers or Homemade Pizza

Sunday, May 22
Lunch – Family Meal with Grandparents
Dinner – Leftovers
