Buy 2 @ $6.99 each
-Minus $6.99 for BOGO sale
Pay $6.99, then submit for $6.99 rebate
= 2 for FREE
**I have always used my ECBs to make my OOP expense even lower - and I still get the full purchase price back in rebate form. So in this case, I bought these 2 items for like $.50 each (when I used my ECBs) and will get back $6.99.
