I mentioned the Mega Event HERE earlier, so I thought I'd share what I've scored so far! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Mega Event because it allows me to stock up on food at a low price! And that's really how you maximize your savings - buy in large quantities when it's at a low price!

**So the toothpaste was supposed to ring up $1.50. After I looked at my receipt, I went back to the toothpaste aisle and doubled checked I picked up the right thing, and sure enough I did (according to the tag). There were still other TP's by the tag too. So I went to the customer service desk, and they took care of it. Apparently the TP was tagged wrong, so I DID pick up the wrong ones. They gave me $1.50 back in cash!**
Total: $4.31
Grand Total: $16.12 for $76.19 worth of stuff!! = 79% savings!!
