I was at Aldi this afternoon and saw the gallon of milk price. Woah, I said! Then I was sent this video. (thanks, David)
1 Gallon of Milk is ONLY $.99 at ANY Aldi. No minimum purchase required. The sign I saw did state "Limit 4 per customer."
Kroger also has their milk for $.99, but you can only get that price when you spend $10 in groceries (which isn't too hard).
I haven't yet confirmed this, but according to the article above, the 99 Cent Store will also be lowering the price of milk to only $.90.
Either way...this is the lowest price for a gallon of milk I have seen! So STOCK UP!!
