We were out late last night so I was unable to post my meals yesterday. But here is what I ate on Day 19.
Breakfast:
1 Poached Egg, 1 Turkey Bacon and Cauliflower sauteed in Coconut oil and seasoned in Garlic Powder.
Lunch:
Lettuce & Spinach salad with Tomato, Pork Tenderloin and Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Dinner:
Kabobs with Organic Chicken, Bell Pepper and Onion.
I snacked on some Walnuts, Strawberries and Cranberry Juice. Here are my percentages for Friday, Day 19.
