Breakfast:
Chicken, 2 Poached Eggs and Broccoli, all cooked/sauteed in Coconut Oil.
Lunch:
Same ole Chicken Salad.
Dinner:
Chicken Spaghetti with Cabbage for noodles. This wasn't THE BEST meal, but it was edible.
I snacked on some Almonds and Strawberries. Here are my percentages for today:
