I feel like my fat is just melting away. My belly gets smaller every day - SO exciting! Here is what I ate today:
Leftover Veggies (Butternut Squash, Zucchini, Squash, Tomato) scrambled in 2 Eggs and an Orange.
Lettuce & Spinach salad with Chicken, Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette and Tomatoes
Roasted Chicken and Vegetables (Carrots, Celery, Onion). We have some meat left over that will be our lunch for tomorrow.
