Primal/Paleo Diet: Day 12 of 28

Sorry I didn't post yesterday.  We had a wedding to go to last night, and we stayed out a little too late :)

Here is what I ate on Day 12:
Breakfast:
Steak, 1 Egg, Squash & Zucchini

Lunch:
I had the same thing as breakfast - Steak, Squash & Zucchini, with a little broccoli and an apple.
Dinner:
I was pretty hungry by the time dinner was served at the wedding.  Yes, I did eat the mac n cheese, some bread and 1 cupcake.  1 cheat meal isn't so bad - right?
