Here is what I had to eat on Day 9 of my 28 day Paleo Diet. I had the day off today, so I had a little more time to prepare my meals.
Breakfast:
Almond Flour Pancake with Almond Butter (peanut butter sub) & Agave Nectar (syrup sub) on top, Banana, and poached egg. *Note: I didn't realize the happy face until I took the picture - how funny!*
Lunch:
Sweet & Spicy Salmon with Sauteed Zucchini & Squash and Butternut Squash.
Dinner:
Rosa's AGAIN!
