Here is what I ate on Day 6.
Breakfast:
Lunch:
Spinach and Lettuce Salad with Chicken, Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette and Sunflower Seeds.
By the way, I was at a vocal competition all day with my students, and this is what I had to resist. Grrrr.
Dinner:
We have family and friends in town, so we all went to Rosa's again. I had another Chicken Salad with all the fixin's.
